Scoggins III Inc. was originally founded in 1977 as Garden Investments, Inc. In 1989 the named was changed to Scoggins III, Inc. to better utilize Jim’s name as well that of his father James A. Scoggins. He was a well known prep football coach in the panhandle of Northwest Florida. Today, Scoggins III, Inc. is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Pensacola at 21 S. Tarragona Street Suite 103. Scoggins III, Inc. has over twenty five years of experience which makes them one of the oldest Commercial Brokerage firms in the panhandle.
