• Governmental Leasing - This a unique area of expertise within our firm. We deal with Local and National Builders and Developers, through our association with the General Service Administration (GSA) we assist in Build to Suit and then Lease Back situations. • Tenant Representation - We represent several Regional and National Companies. Their location may be freestanding or within a strip center or large mall.
  
  
• Commercial Investment Services - We are able to locate properties that meet your criteria through our relationships with other Realtors as well as our many contacts throughout the Pensacola area. Our Firm will assist in many areas of Investment services such as, Leasing Services, 1031 Exchanges, Location Services, and Building and Site Development.
